Will I receive Tickets ?

When booking through this website, we do not send tickets out, instead our confirmation email is your ticket. When booking the tickets through our system, you will be placed on the guest list and your seats are allocated according to the ticket you booked.

An option to receive a physical ticket may be available again in the future.

How do I gain access without a ticket ?

To gain access to the show all you need is:

1. A form of ID. (Drivers License, Passport, Bank Card, etc.)
2. Your Order Number or The Paypal Transaction Number stated in our receipt or The printout of our confirmation email.

Who can book tickets ?

In order to gain access to the show you must have passed the age of 18. Do not book tickets, if you have NOT passed the age of 18.

Can I purchase tickets on the night ?

Subject to availability, we sell tickets on the night. However, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Sign up to our newsletter to be in the loop.

What are the available payment methods?

When booking online through this site we accept

• Credit or debit card payments. We use the Paypal system, but a Paypal account is not needed in this case.

• Paypal payments using your Paypal account.

• Direct bank transfer. To make a payment to our bank account, please use the Reservation Number shown in your reservation email as the payment reference. Email us via boxoffice@martinilounge.co.uk for more details.
